Ryan Giggs: Manchester United have a chance to beat Barca

Manchester United
Barcelona will be a major stumbling block for Manchester United who have ambitions to win the Champions League. Although heavy but not impossible for the "Red Devils" to be able to beat the Los Cules.

Manchester United became one strong candidate to win the Champions League. Following their performance in the local competition, which stood perfect in four games in the Premier League.

The task was clearly going far from easy because there is Barcelona that will confront. Had twice defeated in the two final games against Barcelona.

In the 2008/09 season, the Red Devils defeated two goals, while in the last final season they re helpless against Los Cules. so give up with the score 1-3.

MU senior players, Ryan Giggs admitted Barca still on his team. Although it would be difficult to beat them but it's not impossible.

"It's hard to bridge the gap because they are a very good team," said Giggs in the Mirror Football. "But not impossible. A lot of teams who've beaten them. We also beat them three years ago."

"(In terms of personnel) are not too different from that time. What they have is experience and confidence to win something. We have to get over it."

"If we were dealing with them again, we will be confident to beat them. You have to learn from mistakes and perform better."

Sports Bra for Physical Exercise

A sports bra is a bra that is used as additional support for women's breasts during physical exercise. More powerful than a regular bra, has a function to restrict breast motion, added comfort, and minimize the potential damage to the ligaments chest.

Some women, especially those who have larger breasts, wearing a sports bra to reduce pain, discomfort, and embarrassment resulting from breast movement during exercise, which may make them reluctant to exercise. Some sports bras designed to be worn as outer garments during exercise like jogging.

Sports bras can also be used by women following breast surgery procedures. In this sperti situation, the front cover with a compression sports bra, seamless cups is recommended for healing and comfort. Fabrics such as Lycra can help reduce swelling and to help "even out" bustline that have been changed by surgical procedure.

Sports Bra
Also produced a sports bra for men with breasts larger to allow them to do physical exercise. Some of the descriptions used to describe the smooth bras for men chest binder, compression vest or shimmels.

About 50 percent of women reported pain or discomfort in their chest during exercise. It varies in intensity and may depend on what they wear. In a study in Australia 3 women (17-21, cup sizes B and C) which was photographed shirtless workout, with two bra models generally, and with a particular sports bra. As expected, breast motion is reduced by wearing a bra, and the most effective sports bra. The women said, adding comfort to wear a bra, especially a sports bra. But not all sports bras are created equal and must be properly installed.

In 2007 a research found that breasts reposition in three planes of motion during exercise. This research concluded that encapsulation bras are more efficient than compression bra to reduce breast movement during physical exercise because the total encapsulation bras reduce the motion in two of the three planes, while compression bras reduce the motion in only one area. Although some women athletes are concerned. sports bra that can interfere with breathing, and increased pressure on the ribs have been proved, no significant effect on breathing can be displayed.

Most studies have concentrated on the sports bra, in which discomfort is directly related to the level of movement of the nipple. While the sports bra is more effective in this regard than standard bras, they also vary greatly in their effectiveness

Tristan Thompson

Tristan Thompson was selected fourth in the NBA draft with the struggling Cleveland Cavaliers' second pick of the night.

Then the Cavs will have to select from Tristan Thompson, Antawn Jamison and JJ Hickson for their power forwards. Boom. Clearly the Cavaliers need offense and the ability to score the ball, but here why I am okay with drafting a player that is not very polished offensively: Thompson's strengths are very difficult to teach.

tristan thompson

The person is a beast around the basket and grabbed 7.8 rebounds per game including 3.8 offensive boards per game in his final college season. Thompson utilizes his 7'2" wingspan and explosive athletic ability to change and block shots on the defensive end as well. He averaged 2.4 blocks per game in college.

For a reform team, these are completely incredibly priceless talent and Thompson's upside is substantial. As with any prospect (apart from Kyrie Irving), Tristan Thompson has some particular weaknesses. Number one is obviously his shooting. As soon as the dust cleared, lots of Cavs supporter were left scratching their heads.
I am with every person else who expected Jonas Valanciunas to be the man particular with the #4 pick, but I'm warming up to Tristan Thompson. I urge Cavs fans everywhere to be patient and relax before we jump to conclusions.

Now, I am not going to argue that the Kyrie Irving and Tristan Thompson combo is better than Derrick Williams and Brandon Knight. The argument is this: Was taking Irving No. 1 overall the right decision for the Cavaliers, or should they have taken Williams in hopes of landing Knight with their fourth pick? It is a question of guts, huevos, cajones, wooden box drums… Based on my GM trust issues, I prefer the safe pick.

Drafting Williams and landing Knight is not an educated decision, it is a lucky one. Let us say Utah does take Knight, now what? Taking Irving first overall was the smart pick. The safe pick. Kyrie Irving was that person and maybe Tristan Thompson will be too.

Serena, a four-time winner at the All England Club, saved four match points before the ninth-seeded Frenchwoman closed out the contest by hitting a service winner into the corner. Bartoli made the Wimbledon final in 2007, losing to Serena's older sister Venus.

wimbledon

It was the first time Bartoli has beaten the American after straight-set defeats in their previous two matches.

Monday's schedule featured the busiest day in Grand Slam tennis — all 16 men's and women's fourth-round matches.

Top-seeded Caroline Wozniacki, defending champion Serena Williams and five-time champion Venus Williams were all eliminated in the fourth round at Wimbledon on Monday.
Venus Williams' attempt to win a sixth Wimbledon title ended with a 6-2, 6-3 loss to Tsvetana Pironkova of Bulgaria.

The 23-year-old Pironkova beat Williams at Wimbledon last year by the same score to reach her first Grand Slam semifinal. It is the first time since 2006 that neither Williams sister has reached the Wimbledon quarterfinals.
For Wozniacki, Monday's loss extends her streak of never reaching the quarterfinals at Wimbledon. Earlier Monday, fourth-seeded Victoria Azarenka and No. 5 seed Maria Sharapova advanced to the quarterfinals with wins.

Williams, a four-time winner at the All England Club, saved four match points before the ninth-seeded Frenchwoman closed out the contest by hitting a service winner into the corner. "Beating Serena is almost like a dream come true," Bartoli said. Sharapova advanced by beating Peng Shuai of China 6-4, 6-2

Aaron Rome - His Life

Aaron Rome (born September 27, 1983) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman currently playing for the Vancouver Canucks of the National Hockey League (NHL).

He was originally selected out of the Western Hockey League (WHL) 104th overall in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft by the Los Angeles Kings. Unsigned by the Kings, he joined the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim organization in 2004, earning most of his playing time with their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliates.

Aaron Rome
In 2007, he played one game with the Ducks during their Stanley Cup-winning playoff season. The following season, he was traded to the Columbus Blue Jackets, playing two seasons in the organization between the NHL and AHL. Becoming an unrestricted free agent in July 2009, he signed with the Canucks and established himself as a regular in the team's lineup.

Rome was born and raised in Nesbitt, Manitoba, a small community of less than 30 people. He was the third of four sons born to Dennis and Karen Rome.

All four brothers played hockey and made it to the minor professional level; Rome is the only one to compete in the NHL. Ashton Rome is the only other brother to be drafted into the NHL, selected 143rd overall in 2006 by the San Jose Sharks, and has played in the ECHL and AHL. Eldest brother Ryan Rome competed in the United (UHL) and Central Hockey Leagues (CHL), while Reagan Rome has played in the ECHL, AHL and in Europe.

Rome and his wife Adrianne have a son, Grayson. They spend their off-seasons in Brandon, Manitoba.

In game three of the Stanley Cup Finals, Rome sent Boston forward Nathan Horton to the ice with a late hit. Horton sustained a severe concussion and was taken off the ice on a stretcher.

Rome was ejected from the game after being assessed a five-minute major penalty for interference and a game misconduct. After a disciplinary hearing the next morning, Rome was assessed a four-game suspension and will miss the remainder of the 2011 playoffs.

While Rome and the Canucks maintained that it was a clean hit, the NHL determined that Rome hit Horton over a second after Horton gave up the puck. The NHL considers a hit to be late if it takes place more than half a second after a player loses possession. The suspension means that if the series goes fewer than seven games, the suspension will carry over to the start of the 2011–12 regular season.

The 2011 24h of Le Mans

24h of Le Mans World Sportscar Championship

Accident force Safety Car Take Over The Race at 24h of Le Mans

The 2011 24h of Le Mans (24 Heures du Mans 2011) was the 79th Grand Prix of Endurance, and took place on 11–12 June 2011 at the Circuit de la Sarthe, Le Mans, France, and organised by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO). It was the third round of the 2011 Intercontinental Le Mans Cup, and was part of a World Championship or International Cup for the first time since 1992, when it was part of the World Sportscar Championship.

24h of Le Mans

Audi Sport Team Joest's Benoît Tréluyer earned Audi their first pole position in five years while the team's sister car locked out the front row. Early accidents eliminated two of Audi's three entries, but the sole remaining Audi R18 TDI of Tréluyer, Marcel Fässler, and André Lotterer held off the trio of Peugeot 908s to claim victory by a margin of 13.8 seconds. Greaves Motorsport Zytek-Nissan won the LMP2 category, Corvette Racing secured the GTE Pro class victory, and Larbre Compétition claimed a one-two finish in the GTE Am category with Corvette and Porsche.

Within the first hour of the race the Audi No.3 car driven by Allan McNish hit the barrier and rolled over near the Dunlop Bridge after a collision with the Ferrari 458 Italia driven by Anthony Beltoise as it rejoined the track form the pit lane. The Audi was destroyed but McNish walked away from the accident, while Beltoise rejoined the track with his car having bodywork damage.

8 hours into the race, a second Audi crashed on the run down to Indianapolis, this time being barged off the road by the the #71 Ferrari, but driver Mike Rockenfeller walked away. After the accident, the safety car came out for nearly 2 hours. This was the first time ever at Le Mans that the safety car had to stop for fuel and be replaced.

The safety car were told to drive as fast as possible to keep pressure within the race car tyres. However, doing so does consume more fuel. After a close battle in the last 2 hours of the race, Audi car #2 crossed the finish line first. It was the first fast last Le Mans lap ever since the 1969 victory, there were no marshals waving flags except for the checkered flag at the start/finish line. The #74 Corvette was leading class by about 1 lap over the #51 AF Corse Ferrari until 8am.

Coming out of the Porsche Curves, Magnussen found himself the #63 Felbermayr Porsche. Magnussen had to go up the inside, he bounced over the kerbs, corrected it but ran into the #63 and the wall. After this the #51 Ferrari led by a lap over the #73. Corvette was able to make up ground and use rain to its advantage.

James Toseland Moto GP Career

James Toseland

James Toseland Journey to MotoGP

James Michael Toseland (born 5 October 1980 in Doncaster, South Yorkshire is an English motorcycle racer. Toseland was the 2007 World Superbike Champion on a Ten Kate Honda, who also won the 2004 Superbike World Championship on a Ducati. Toseland is currently competing in the World Superbike Championship for the Sterilgarda Yamaha team, but has been dropped for next year as Marco Melandri and Eugene Laverty join the team. He is one of only two men, the other being Troy Corser, to have won the Superbike World Championship for two different manufacturers.

James Toseland

As well as being a motorcyclist, Toseland is also a pianist (reaching Grade 6) and singer who performs regularly with his band "Crash" when not at home in the Isle of Man, Toseland performed alongside Ray Stubbs for BBC's Sport Relief, as well as playing a piano set at the British sports personality of the year awards 2007.

Toseland was again linked with the Pramac d'Antin MotoGP team, although rumours had also abounded of a ride with a Honda outfit, and even of Ten Kate Racing making the step up to the premier class and taking Toseland with them. But eventually Toseland confirmed a move to MotoGP for 2008 on 1 August 2007 when he announced that he had signed a one-year contract with factory supported Yamaha team Tech 3. For 2008 Tech 3 switched from Dunlop to Michelin tyres it was also confirmed that Toseland's teammate would be Colin Edwards. Toseland signed a deal with British leather company BKS to supply him with suits whilst competing in the 2008 MotoGP world championship. James & BKS have now parted company after only 3 races in 2011 after very poor results. James has now signed with "Sypke" leathers.

Facing eight unknown tracks, Toseland had reason to expect a tough season , but he was immediately more competitive than expected. He qualified in second place and finished sixth in the opening race in Qatar on 9 March 2008.

He then qualified in 8th place and finished sixth in Jerez on 30 March despite suffering from bronchitis.

Toseland shrugged off criticism from fellow MotoGP riders about his aggressive riding style. Chris Vermeulen, Andrea Dovizioso and Casey Stoner were all vocal in their displeasure of Toseland's aggressive overtaking moves. James downplayed the talk and stated that his moves were "hard but fair", and that it was his job to overtake his rivals when he had the chance to do so.

Before the British MotoGP round at Donington Park, Toseland said that if he were the first Briton to win in 27 years at the top level that he would strip naked on the ride back to the pits. However, he crashed in the first corner of the race, but picked his bike up to finish in 17th place, his worst finish of the season to that point, over a lap behind the winner Casey Stoner.

Toseland struggled through the middle part of the season for top 10 finishes, achieving two 9th places (Holland and the United States). One of James's better showings was at Brno where he finished 13th, ahead of his team mate Colin Edwards. Amidst Bridgestone dominance he was the third-highest finisher on Michelin tires, the first being Andrea Dovizioso placed in 9th. At Phillip Island he ran 3rd for a while but ultimately faded to 6th after frantic battles with the works Yamahas of Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo, plus Dovizioso and Shinya Nakano.

Overall Toseland had a very mixed first year in the Moto GP class, finishing 11th overall in the championship with 105 points. Inconsistency was one of the main problems, with Toseland unable to record regular top 10 results despite having only 2 DNF's.

It was confirmed that Toseland would stay on for 2009 with the Tech 3 Yamaha team, racing alongside Colin Edwards as he did in 2008, after the team extended Toseland's initial contract after two races of the 2008 season. Yamaha have also decided to continue their relationship with the Tech 3 brand through to 2010.

In pre-season testing Toseland suffered two major accidents, one of them resulting in him being diagnosed with a concussion. The start of the season was difficult for Toseland as he could not find a bike setup that was comfortable. In 2008 Toseland had been unhappy with the communication with his engineer and his complaints led to a switch of crew chief with team-mate Colin Edwards. Edwards resented this change and refused to speak with Toseland for the early rounds of the season. Despite the change in crew chief Toseland only finished ahead of Edwards in two races for the year. Toseland also received jump-start penalties at the Laguna Seca and Phillip Island rounds, the former resulting in a disqualification.

On 1 October 2009, Yamaha officially confirmed that Spies will join Yamaha Tech 3 to ride in the 2010 MotoGP Championship, taking Toseland's place in the team. It was announced before the Portuguese GP that Toseland would return to the Superbike World Championship.

Audi Driver - Shocking Accident at 24h of Le Mans

Allan McNish Crash at 24h of Le Mans

Audi may have dominated the qualifying session of the 24 Hours Le Mans, but suffered a setback early in the race when the R18 TDI that started from 5th place and was at the time being driven by Allan McNish, had a terrible accident. The incident occurred about an hour in the race at the Dunlop curve when McNish tried to overtake a slower Ferrari 458 Italia.

However, the Scotsman seemingly misjudged the situation, the two cars collided and the Audi, after crossing the sand trap, smashed the barrier and destroyed. The crash resulted in metal, tires and carbonfibre flying all over the place - too close for comfort to the spectators, marshals and photographers who were present.

Luckily, no one seemed to be hurt – not even McNish, who was able to walk away on his own after getting out from the wreckage that, moments earlier, used to be an R18 TDI.

The following video shows the brutality of the accident
