Tonight on the evening show....

Sandra the Psychic has a night off so by way of a change at 9pm we have a live acoustic session from Frankmusick who will be performing his new single 'Do it in the am' and his big hit from a couple of years ago 'Better off as Two'.



Then at 10pm Tv chef and free food forager Valentine Warner will be in with a look at what to expect on his new tv series, and also a look at some of the free food we can pick on our own doorstep!

11pm: Late night love songs.
